Finding a therapist that you connect with is so important.
This work is so meaningful to me and I find joy in helping people reconnect with themselves and fully accept who they truly are. I’m passionate about guiding others through life’s ups and downs, exploring the many layers that shape their emotions and experiences in the present.

I conceptualize experiences from an attachment-based perspective to process and help gain insight and awareness of unhealthy patterns that connect to early disrupted attachment experiences. I take a holistic approach, viewing each person as a whole—integrating their lived experiences, cultural backgrounds, identities, and personal journeys. I also integrate the brain-mind-body connection, recognizing that they are not separate parts but one interconnected system.
As a trauma-informed therapist, I love learning about different techniques to help ground our nervous system and to develop somatic awareness. In addition to the primary approach to therapy, I guide clients in somatic methods such as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) aka Tapping, exercises to stimulate the vagus nerve (Polyvagal Theory) to regulate the nervous system, breathwork, guided meditations, and mindfulness.
Regulating our nervous system isn’t about always feeling calm—it’s about learning how to be with our emotions when we’re triggered and building resilience in those moments. It’s about cultivating the capacity to notice and respond to difficult feelings in a way that feels safe and empowering.
Together, let’s make peace with the past and live joyfully in the present moment, creating safety, and embodying wholeness.
