Maybe you’ve survived something that still lives in your body — a painful relationship, a sexual assault, or experiences you’ve had to hide because of family, culture, or shame. I know how hard it is to open up, to face what’s been buried for so long, and to fear being judged or misunderstood. You don’t have to do this work alone.

My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, integrating the brain, mind, and body with curiosity and compassion. Most of all, I aim to be human first — creating a safe, supportive space where you can begin to feel grounded, connected, and more like yourself again.

While sharing your story with someone who truly listens is powerful and important, deep healing also involves reconnecting with your body. Our nervous system is always giving us valuable information, and our bodies hold incredible wisdom that has helped us survive painful experiences. By tuning into this inner intelligence and listening to our body’s story, we can heal, grow, and transform in meaningful ways.

With over 10 years experience, I specialize in working with adults, particularly women and survivors of sexual assault, abusive relationships, and childhood trauma. As a feminist, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive therapist, I understand how societal pressures, culture, identity, family expectations, and systems of oppression impact and shape our experiences—often in ways that are deeply rooted in historical and intergenerational trauma. Whether you’re struggling with PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, or relationship challenges, you deserve a space where you feel truly seen, valued, and understood.

Healing isn’t about “fixing” yourself, because you are not broken—it’s about reclaiming your power and reconnecting with your most authentic self.
