Finding a therapist that you connect with is so important.

This work is deeply meaningful to me, and I find so much joy in helping people reconnect with themselves and embrace who they truly are. I’m passionate about guiding others through life’s challenges, uncovering the layers of their experiences, and helping them make sense of the emotions that shape them today.

I approach therapy through an attachment-based lens, helping clients process their experiences and gain insight into patterns that may stem from early disrupted attachments. My work is holistic, honoring each person as a whole—integrating lived experiences, cultural backgrounds, identities, and personal journeys. I also weave in the brain-mind-body connection, recognizing that they are not separate parts but one interconnected system.

As a trauma-informed therapist, I’m passionate about exploring techniques that help regulate the nervous system and cultivate somatic awareness.

In addition to talk therapy, I guide clients through somatic methods such as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping), vagus nerve exercises (Polyvagal Theory), breathwork, guided meditations, and mindfulness practices.

Regulating our nervous system isn’t about always feeling calm—it’s about learning how to be with our emotions when we’re triggered and building resilience in those moments. It means developing the capacity to notice, understand, and respond to difficult feelings in a way that feels safe and empowering.

Together, we can work toward making peace with the past and embracing the present with safety, self-trust, and wholeness.
