I’m so glad you’re here! I know how vulnerable it can feel to open up, especially when you've been carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety, or pain. That’s why creating a safe, supportive space is my priority. I take a holistic, trauma-informed approach that integrates the brain, mind, and body—because healing isn’t just about talking.
While sharing your story with someone who truly listens is powerful, deep healing also involves connecting with your body. Our nervous system constantly gives us valuable information, and our bodies hold incredible wisdom, helping us survive painful life experiences. By tuning into this intelligence through EMDR/Brainspotting and somatic work, we can heal, grow, and transform in meaningful ways.
With 10 years experience, I specialize in working with adults, particularly women and survivors of sexual assault, abusive relationships, and complex trauma. As a feminist and culturally sensitive therapist, I understand how societal pressures, culture, identity, family expectations, and systems of oppression impact and shape our experiences—often in ways that are deeply rooted in historical and intergenerational trauma. Whether you’re struggling with PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, or relationship challenges, you deserve a space where you feel truly seen, valued, and understood.
